The wooden kids table and chairs sets are the main items you can find in any children’s playroom now, aside from the variety of toys that they play with all day. The playroom is one part of the house now fully occupied in the long summer vacation of the kids, especially at daytime. Your own kids invite the kids from the neighboring houses oftentimes over to your place, to play many long games, like the assembly of a variety of jigsaw puzzles. Mom likes this, as she is allowed time to do her chores undisturbed.

When the children are not playing with toys, they could be reading the many children’s books Mom and Dad have bought for them over so many months. As in the case of the children's toys, the kids’ books are bound to accumulate over the years because the books change yearly as the kids are growing up. The kids have all these books to keep themselves busy reading, using the kids table and chairs. Mom interrupts them only when she brings in some cold drinks and snacks.

The two bookcases now containing the children’s books, which Dad recently bought to replace the old ones, are made of plastic material, unlike the previous wooden ones, which Dad has to replace because they were weakened by termites. The owner of the furniture store selling the bookcases gave the information that the furniture industry is turning to the use of recycled plastic and other synthetic materials for their furniture.

This will likely also include the kids table and chair, a good development as far as Dad is concerned, because the plastic furniture is in fact stronger and more durable than the ones of wood.

 The plastic bookcases and other items of furniture are no longer subject to the problem of termites, and could even last a lifetime. In fact, the observation is that these things now made of plastic are stronger and lighter, and definitely more durable over time. 
They are even safer for the kids, as there no nails used; the nails were the cause of many injuries to the kids before when the weakened wooden chairs collapse under the weight of the growing children.
  
The making of furniture out of recycled plastic developed after the discovery came that the retrieving of the plastic materials and other non-biodegradable items from the garbage piles could serve a useful purpose. This new industry arising from the garbage dumps has also given new sources of livelihood for so many people, now enjoying their new incomes from the recyclable materials.

The world somehow will overcome the rising temperature problem now evident in the unusual weather behavior, with the shift to the use of plastic for many household items, instead of wood. We will recover the cooler temperatures before the onset of global warming, now that trees no longer will have use as raw materials for the manufacturing of items like the kids table and chairs.
